Paula Hinckley

Paula brought her background as a Vice President, Commercial Lending to the Real Estate Industry 15 years ago. A consistent multi-million dollar producer, Paula brings her conscientiousness, diligence, integrity and analytical skills to every transaction. A thorough knowledge of waterfront rules and regulations and a intimate familiarity with many of the lakes and ponds dotting our region allows Paula to offer superior service to Buyers and Sellers.

A Member of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, Paula has earned the Prestigious Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist Designation and is a Member of The GUILD Society, a designation awarded to those agents who have closed single transactions in the Million-Plus dollar level.

Ruth Neidhardt

Prior to her entrance in Real Estate, Ruth owned “Designer’s LTD”; a company that designed and marketed needlework kits to upscale women’s magazines such as Good Housekeeping, Better Homes & Gardens, and Ladies Home Journal. In 1994, Ruth became a Realtor and has been a Multi-Million Producer ever since. Ruth was brought up in a home full of luxurious antiques and has an appreciation for fine furnishings and quality art work. Ruth’s penchant for estate-level quality led her to develop, along with a partner, several high end waterfront homes. Ruth is a Member of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and has earned The Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist Designation and is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute and holds the CBR (Certified Buyer Representative) Designation.

Carl Sack

Carl entered Real Estate 9 years ago with 24 years sales, advertising and marketing experience from a prestigious New York publishing company. Carl brings his advertising and media savvy, and tremendous work ethic to every project. An award winning National Advertising Salesman prior to entering Real Estate, Carl has also achieved excellence in Real Estate as a Member of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, an award of The Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist Designation, and he is a Member of the GUILD Society.

Brian Neidhardt

Brian spent his summers on Winnipesaukee working at the family Seaplane Business. In fact, Brian brokered his first seaplane at the age of 13! Brian’s early career spun off from his love of seaplanes and he spent several years as a successful boat broker for Silver Sands Marina prior to entering real estate. Another, Multi Million Dollar Producer, Brian also utilizes his photography skills to produce high end marketing pieces for his clients. Brian is a Member of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute.
